We invest heavily in fleet renewal and preventive maintenance to guarantee a high availability rate for our rigs. A high availability rate contributes directly to customer satisfaction. Our aim is to achieve a 91% customer satisfaction rate by 2022.
Our operational excellence and commitment to providing a high quality service to our customers has been recognised with Ivoire Transport's award from Petro Ivoire, for two consecutive years in 2021 and 2022 as the best fuel transporter; by ORYX, as the best LPG transporter in 2021 and 2022; and by TOTAL ENERGIES in 2022, as the 2nd best driver in the SCP Point Permit system and a green result in the TOTAL ENERGIES ICT audit in 2023.
